This Week's Challenge: Cut out beef for the week

Difficulty Level: Medium

Details: Try cutting out beef for one week, or at least reducing it! Set an obtainable goal for yourself and see if you are able to stick to it! Greenhouse gas emissions from cattle are one of the leading causes of climate change. Did you know that many studies have shown beef production to contribute more to climate change than all transportation in the US? Time to make a change!
